FANNIE MAE CHAIRMAN TO ANNOUNCE NEW HOUSING PARTNERSHIPS IN PACIFIC
 NORTHWEST, ADDRESS SEATTLE ROTARY CLUB
 WHAT: 1) A press availability to announce several
 successful housing partnerships in the Seattle area
 in which the Federal National Mortgage Association
 (Fannie Mae) (NYSE: FNM) and local lenders and
 non -profit agencies have cooperated. Including the
 rehabilitation of the Kingway Apartments, a 165-unit
 complex, and the preservation and renovation of the
 Mount Baker Housing Association Project, 144 units
 of rental property, both in southeast Seattle.
 2) Address to the Seattle Rotary Club on seeking new
 partnerships for housing in the Pacific Northwest.
 3) Following the Rotary Club address, members of the
 media are invited to join Mr. Johnson for a one-
 hour tour of the aforementioned new housing
 partnerships.
