FACT Corporation To Receive CDN$310,000 Withheld in 2005 From Sale Proceeds of Calgary Office Building.

NEPTUNE, N.J. -- FACT Corporation (OTCBB:FCTOA), an independent nutrition solutions company, today announced that it will recover CDN$310,000 which was withheld by the Canadian tax authorities at the time of the sale of a Calgary office building in fiscal 2005. The entire amount should be received by the Company within the next four weeks.
