FACT Announces Enterprise Solutions Program; Six leading companies join as charter members.

NORCROSS, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 8, 1996--FACT, Inc. today announced its Enterprise Solutions Program (ESP) that builds alliances among market-leading software, hardware and service companies to leverage core competencies and services in delivering innovative manufacturing applications to customers.

The program creates new market opportunities for FACT partners by making it easier to develop and implement integrated solutions that dramatically shorten cycle time, reduce inventory and improve quality and productivity. Additionally, ESP provides a single source for delivering the best products and services to meet manufacturers' vast needs.

Through the program, FACT brings together complementary products and services that include data collection and radio frequency systems, product data management (PDM) software, maintenance and management software, business process reengineering services and consulting and implementation services. FACT works with its ESP partners to deliver integrated solutions based on FACT EnSync(TM), a manufacturing management system that dynamically synchronizes planning, scheduling and execution across the enterprise.
