Call for Nominations

From the producers of such national recognition platforms as CareerFOCUS Magazine(TM) and the coveted CareerFOCUS Eagle Awards(TM), comes a bold, new exhibit titled FACES OF LEADERSHIP: The Making of a Leader(TM).

On November 6, 2003, the National Eagle Leadership Institute (NELI) will launch FACES OF LEADERSHIP(TM) in the world-class city of Los Angeles.

NELI is now accepting nominations for the premier of FACES OF LEADERSHIP(TM) -- honoring LA's most distinguished African-American and Hispanic/Latino business leaders. Nominators are encouraged to submit men and women who enhance the fabric of business and community prosperity in Greater Los Angeles. The exhibit will salute the leaders, the trailblazers, the visionaries of greater Los Angeles.

To submit a nomination, provide a letter of recommendation on company letterhead, describing why your nominee is the most deserving candidate for this honor. Nomination Criteria

-- Nominee must be of African-American or Hispanic/Latino decent

-- Nominee must demonstrate principled leadership in business and

community endeavors

-- Nominee must live and/or work in the greater Los Angeles

metropolitan area

-- Nominee must agree to attend the launch of Faces of

Leadership(TM) on November 6, 2003

-- If selected, the nominee grants permission to publish his/her

photo and/or bio

Winners will receive:

-- Position in the Los Angeles FACES OF LEADERSHIP: The Making of

a Leader(TM) exhibit

-- Photo salute in CareerFOCUS, "The Magazine for Today's

Professional Lifestyles(TM)"

-- Introduction at the 10th Anniversary Eagle Awards Gala on

-- Consideration for receipt of the coveted 2004 CareerFOCUS

The Los Angeles FACES OF LEADERSHIP honorees will share in the spotlight with NELI's flagship production -- the 10th Anniversary CareerFOCUS Eagle Awards Gala, saluting the nation's top Black and Hispanic corporate leaders. The exhibit will remain in a Los Angeles venue (to be announced) for approximately two weeks in order that students, professionals, and the community at-large can experience this inspiring presentation.
