Honored were Michael Caruso, Marshall Dore Louis, Orlando do Campo, Anthony J. Natale, William W. Swor, Marjorie Russell, Kenneth M. Swartz, and Jeanne Baker.
The Gerald Kogan Judicial Distinction Award was awarded to Circuit Judge Steve Leifman for his "extraordinary career contributions and dedicated service to the improvement of the criminal justice system and for the preservation of constitutional rights."
