Eye Dynamics Reports Governmental Talks Regarding Acceptance of EPS-100.

Charles Phillips, president of Eye Dynamics Inc. (OTC BB:EYDY), Thursday announced that talks have been held at significant government levels concerning possible acceptance of its EPS-100 System.

These talks are part of the company's aggressive presentment of the product to encourage and accelerate adoption of the EPS-100 by relevant government agencies. The EPS-100 is used to detect impairment of a person's visual motor system, as is typically caused by excessive use of alcohol and other substances, both legal and illegal. The company is seeking mandatory acceptance of the EPS-100 by various testing authorities.

The overall potential market for the EPS-100 is estimated at $3 billion annually. The law enforcement testing market, estimated at $1 billion, centers around drunk driving, which accounts for about one-half of the 45,000 annual traffic fatalities. And with 10 percent of the U.S. workforce testing positive for substance abuse according to the Department of Labor, the U.S. corporate/industrial testing market is estimated at $2 billion.
