Eye Dynamics Gets Order from State of Alabama.

Eye Dynamics (OTCBB:EYDY), in its effort to diversify its patented core technology, has received an order from the State of Alabama, Department of Forensic Sciences, for a law enforcement version of its patented SafetyScope(TM) product, the EM/1 Eye Observation System.

The EM/1 allows certified law enforcement personnel to observe, interpret and document for forensic evidence the eye signs of individuals suspected of being "Under the Influence." These eye signs are part of the National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration's Standardized Field Sobriety Test (SFST) as well as that federal organization's Drug Recognition Evaluation (DRE) program.

The EM/1 was initially used in a successful field test with the Monrovia, Calif. Police Department.

The potential benefit for law enforcement from the EM/1 and its mobile VIPER configuration is the savings of court time for those individuals who plead guilty to being "Under the Influence" because their documented SFST and/or DRE eye signs are recorded.

The EM/1 puts the State of Alabama in the forefront of safety on its roads and highways. It is not uncommon for today's impaired drivers to have either no or limited alcohol intoxication, but to be significantly impaired from drugs and/or fatigue. The EM/1's ability to document abnormal eye signs and pupil reactions makes it unique for impairment tests that heretofore were subjectively interpreted by law enforcement.
