Eye Dynamics Gears Up to Tap Law Enforcement Market; Signs Expert as Marketing Consultant in Response to Market's Positive Reaction.

(OTCBB:EYDY), a leading provider of health and safety products, today announced it has retained Richard Studdard, former head of Los Angeles Police Department's Drug Recognition Expert Unit, to expand the company's law enforcement market program. The company believes that in the form of its Video HGN Goggle System, it is able to provide the law enforcement community with a powerful training tool for personnel involved in administering the Standardized Field Sobriety Test (SFST) as well as those involved in the nation's Drug Recognition Expert Program. The SFST is used in every state for roadside determination of driving under the influence. The DRE Program exists by state law in almost 40 states. Both were developed by the federal government.

Studdard will be responsible for increasing awareness of and demand for the company's HGN System amongst uniformed agencies as well as nonprofit associations whose mission is to support the reduction of motor vehicle crashes resulting from drunk/drugged driving. Currently, Video HGN Systems are being used by the California Highway Patrol and other agencies as well as specialized research institutions.

Studdard, a retired Sergeant of the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), received the Distinguished Service Medal and Meritorious Unit Medal in the course of his career. Prior to his retirement from the LAPD, he supervised the Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Enforcement units. In addition, he served as officer-in-charge of the department's Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) Unit and was the DRE Training Coordinator for the State of California. Studdard also served as a Special Consultant on the Drug Evaluation and Classification Program, Technical Advisory Panel, of the International Association of Chiefs of Police and was a lead investigator in various research projects on alcohol and drug signs from Johns Hopkins University, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the National Institute on Drug Abuse.
