Clarke, a financial communications specialist, to assist in broadening the Company's audience within the investment community so as to generate interest and participation in the Company's publicly traded securities.

Clarke's strategy is to present the client's investment and product story to a broad audience in the financial community. News releases, corporate profiles, and presentations will be structured for financial professionals at all levels. Also, Clarke has scheduled five investor conferences in 2002 for continued exposure of Eye Dynamics.
