Eye Care International, Inc. (EYCI) announced today an agreement with Care Entree, a national leader of membership-based health programs with a focus on group healthcare and a subsidiary of Precis, Inc. (PCIS). The agreement provides for Eye Care International's Vision Network to replace Care Entree's incumbent discount vision and service programs.
