ExxonMobil Foundation Contributes $270,000 to National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME).


Grant Brings Total Support to More Than $10 Million for Minority Scholarship Program

DALLAS -- ExxonMobil Foundation announced today a $270,000 contribution to the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME NACME National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering ), which will be used to support various programs including scholarships for minority engineering students. With this grant, ExxonMobil has provided NACME with more than $10 million in support.

ExxonMobil has been one of the largest corporate sponsors of NACME since its founding in 1974. Since that time, ExxonMobil has been actively involved with the organization, and provides a senior executive for the NACME board of directors. In 2004, ExxonMobil was honored with the NACME Corporate Citizenship Corporate Citizenship
