Extruded rubber curing. (Equipment).Rapid Set extruded rubber curing ovens are said to provide for a faster and more uniform curing of the extruded rubber profile. Where most ovens are of the air tunnel design, the company provides direct air impingement on the rubber profile the entire length of the oven zone. Each oven zone is provided with top opening, air operated doors for access into the oven chamber for servicing and maintenance. The non-sticking belt conveyor system is said to provide for accurate belt tracking, easy replacement and variable speed. Oven zones are available in standard lengths of 20', 30' and 40' for operation with gas, electric or propane heat sources.
