Extended Systems (Nasdaq:XTND) announced today that CCH Tax Compliance, the industry leader in tax and accounting software and services, has selected Extended Systems' Advantage Database Server as the new database platform for CCH's ProSystem fx Practice management software.

The Advantage Database Server software will serve as a client/server relational database management system (RDBMS) solution for ProSystem fx Practice 5.1, replacing file-server database technology and enabling multiple timekeepers and billers to simultaneously access and update data.
