 services announces the construction of a new plant in Prescott, Ariz.

Total investment of the project is over $20 million, which includes the services of the project management company, Turner/On-Site and the design firm, Jacobs Engineering Group Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE: JEC), a publicly traded company with annual revenues approaching $7 billion, provides professional technical services. Headquartered in Pasadena, CA, Jacobs offers support to industrial, commercial, and government clients across multiple . Both organizations are leading design and construction management firms with broad experience in projects specifically in the semiconductor industry.

The new facility will deploy the industry's best available technology in film removal, polishing, final cleaning and inspection to provide a reclaim product equivalent to prime test specifications. Commenting on the project, Harald Mynster, Exsil's GM points out, "We are investing not only in additional capacity but also in state-of-the-art technology to meet the semiconductor industry's more stringent future demands in test wafer quality and performance levels."

The new facility will add to Exsil's capabilities to reclaim 200mm wafers wafers
