ExpressSofts latest release of Express Thumbnail Creator, image utility lets users create professional looking online image galleries including thumbnails, even if they have no idea about HTML and graphics.

The utility uses a wizard-style interface which users can operate it with a few mouse clicks. Creating an HTML image gallery.
