New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of for $489,500.
* The sale of a 8-unit walk-up at 131 W 130th Street in Upper Manhattan Upper Manhattan denotes the more northerly region of the New York City Borough of Manhattan. Its southern boundary may be defined anywhere between 59th Street and 155th Street. for $913,000.
* The sale of a 13-unit walk-up at 709 7th Street in Union City, New Jersey that sold for $605,000.
