MD Dictate Net is a Web-based enterprise platform that allows physicians to dictate medical documentation the way they always have using telephone access or voice recorders. At the same time, it significantly improves medical transcriptionist productivity, and streamlines transcription workflow, reduces clinical documentation turnaround time and enables integration of digital clinical documentation with other HIS systems. MD Dictate Net is used by individual physicians, small and large group clinics, healthcare centers, hospitals and third party Medical Transcription Service Organization's (MTSO).

MD Dictate Net supports traditional input devices such as telephones, digital voice recorders or PDAs. So, if physicians currently dictate using micro cassettes, there is no problem - they will quickly adapt to the latest digital voice recorders. If physicians need remote access at any time, again, there is no problem - the system is just a toll-free telephone call away. Depending upon the input mode, dictation is directly recorded or uploaded to a network recording server and then automatically passed to a speech recognition server for processing.
