Marketing Communications Director

ESPS (Electronic Submission Publishing Systems Inc..) today announced that exponential sales of its flagship product, CoreDossier(R) have led to a staff increase.

ESPS has appointed Kevin Leininger as Vice President, Marketing, and Peg Archdeacon as Senior Marketing Communications Director.

ESPS is the world's leading developer of enterprise software solutions used to manage and publish regulatory compliance and other business-critical document collections. CoreDossier is a software solution for publishing documents electronically to HTML, PDF and TIF, for internal or external distribution via the Internet/intranet, and to paper.

Mr. Leininger brings a broad marketing background to ESPS. He joined the firm in June with the goal of creating a world-class marketing division to further promote CoreDossier. Leininger heads up a team of seven other people, including Ms. Archdeacon, to focus on expanding CoreDossier's market position nationally and globally.

Prior to joining ESPS, Mr. Leininger was involved in the launch of numerous software and service products at NeoMedia Technologies. He was a key figure in IPO management and spearheaded the establishment of NeoMedia's European operations. He has consulted with major corporations advising to strategic planning and operational levels on the effective use of information technology.

Among his accomplishments, Mr. Leininger served as Chair of the University of Chicago Information Technology Roundtable, 1993-1995. He was also responsible for software development at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratories from 1987-1992, where his organization developed several software systems for global deployment.

He has authored six books on UNIX and Internet technology and holds an MBA in International Business/Finance from the University of Chicago.

Ms. Archdeacon's professional background spans a variety of marketing disciplines. Peg came to ESPS after working as Vice President of Account Services for The DEM Group, King of Prussia, Pa., a full-service technology marketing agency, where she developed near- and long-term marketing programs for national and international software and IT services companies.

Previously, Ms. Archdeacon worked as Vice President of Marketing for the Americas for TOPCALL Corporation, a hardware/software enterprise messaging company, based in Vienna, Austria.

For 14 years, Ms. Archdeacon owned Archdeacon Communications, a full service marketing agency, whose clients included ABC Television, Ritz Carlton Hotels, Sheraton, Doubletree, Wyndham Hotels, Embassy Suites, Marriott, Atlantic Canada Tourism, and Prodigy Services.
