Exploration heats up following emerald discovery.The discovery of emeralds near Dryden should jump-start exploration in northwestern Ontario Northwestern Ontario is the region within the Canadian province of Ontario which lies north and west of Lake Superior, and west of Hudson Bay and James Bay. "No matter what happens it will bring more exploration for that whole Dryden field and brings a better chance of something economical being found."
