Experienced International Businessman Joins Medical Services International Inc. as Director of Export Development.

EDMONTON, Alberta--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 10, 2002

Robert Talbot, President of Medical Services International Inc. (Pink Sheets:MSITF) is pleased to announce that it has hired Georges Menassa as Director of Export Development. This appointment is effective immediately.

Prior to his career in international business, Mr. Menassa served for 12 years in a number of foreign countries as a senior Canadian Embassy Officer. He has since been involved in a number of successful international companies. He was General Manager of Adaya Canada Inc., a joint Far East-Middle East investment and Development Company. He has spent a number of years as Managing Director for the Western European Branches of MEDP MEDP Marine Engineering Development Program  Corporation in Paris, specializing in trading and contracting. Mr. Menassa was appointed President of Apomedic Corporation a company specializing in the supply of pharmaceuticals to major clients including the Canadian Department of Supply & Services, the Canadian International Development Agency The Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) is a Canadian government agency which administers foreign aid programs in developing countries. CIDA operates in partnership with other Canadian organizations in the public and private sectors as well as other , the United Nations and several countries worldwide. Mr. Menassa frequently participates in seminars as well as in Canadian Government Commercial and Economic delegations abroad. He is a member of the Order of The Crown of Thailand.
