The agreement was signed with Informsviaz, a leading Russian systems integrator. Under the terms of the agreement, Informsviaz will provide Expand Networks' ACCELERATOR suite of products that enable enterprise wide network performance boosts of up to 400 percent to its extensive Russian customer base of large enterprises and institutions.

For several months, Informsviaz experts scrupulously tested the performance of Expand Networks' ACCELERATORs, investigating traffic optimization for a diverse range of network productivity applications such as ERP, CRM, Thin Client, the Internet and Voice Over IP. Informsviaz's independent tests proved that the ACCELERATORs boost the performance of all network applications between 100 to 400% and often more. Informsviaz plans to integrate Expand Networks' Enterprise Caching Technology into geographically distributed multi-service communications systems to overcome inherent bandwidth limitations.
