Exhibition of miniature paintings conclude.


ISLAMABAD, October 15, 2009 (Balochistan Times): The exhibition of 15 contemporary miniature paintings miniature painting [Ital.,=artwork, especially manuscript initial letters, done with the red lead pigment minium; the word originally had no implication as to size].  by two artists Babar Gull gull, common name for an aquatic bird of the family Laridae, which also includes the tern and the jaeger. The exhibited works presented a series of paintings in which miniature style was portrayed with a totally different fashion.  miniature painting), from Hunderkada College Of Visual and Performing Arts, Lahore, Babar also works in all mediums of painting and sculpture on wood, clay, fiber glass, paper mache etc. Besides holding national level exhibitions, the artist has also compiled a short film A Tribute to Pakistan Film Industry. While the artist Hadia Moiz holds graduation in Fine Arts with Distinction (miniature painting) from Hunerkada College of Visual and Performing Arts, Lahore and displayed her works at home and abroad at prominent places.
