Executive Office expands to CA

Executive Office Group (EOG), an executive suite firm with business centers in New York City, Washington, D.C. and Reston, Virginia, announced the acquisition of an additional center in Costa Mesa, California, their fourth center and the first one in the western United States.

The Costa Mesa center, located in burgeoning Orange County, consists of 70 rentable offices and suites in a 22,000 square-foot facility. The site was previously operated by Metro Executive Offices.

EOG's three existing business centers average over gO percent occupancy.
