 Business Centers, one of the leading operators of executive suites throughout the nation, has signed a 10-year lease for 19,000 square feet at 26 Broadway in Lower Manhattan. The site will serve as its second Manhattan facility and is scheduled for occupancy in early December

The 26 Broadway site will feature 68 executive offices and will be located on the building's fourth floor, with panoramic views of New York Harbor New York Harbor, a geographic term, refers collectively to the rivers, bays, and tidal estuaries near the mouth of the Hudson River in the vicinity of New York City.
