Comment

It is a puzzle why the Monsignor thinks that the Church has no right to defend herself against Catholics who with full knowledge and deliberation continue to publicly deny Catholic teaching. There seems to be a large group of bishops who, like the Monsignor, will not hear of invoking Canon Law canon law, in the Roman Catholic Church, the body of law based on the legislation of the councils (both ecumenical and local) and the popes, as well as the bishops (for diocesan matters).  against Catholics who publicly mock Church moral teaching.
