Excess Space Retail Services Retained by Rent-A-Center to Dispose of Excess Property.


LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y. -- Rent-A-Center has selected Excess Space Retail Services, Inc. (ESRS ESRS European Sleep Research Society

), the leading specialist in real estate disposition and lease restructuring for retailers nationwide to exclusively manage the disposition of approximately 220 store locations which are being closed in connection with Rent-A-Center's previously announced store consolidation plan.

Heading the real estate disposition assignment for ESRS will be Ben Dulman, Senior Managing Director, and Paul Godles, Managing Director, from the firm's East Coast Office in Lake Success, New York Lake Success is a village in Nassau County, New York in the United States. The population was 2,797 at the 2000 census.
