Additionally, Energymarketplace users will have access to Silicon Energy's enterprise energy management tools as a Web service on the portal.

As part of the alliance, Excelergy and Silicon Energy will collaborate to create XML standards to define the communication protocol between the two parties. The standards will be made part of public domain as a function of XML-Pipe.org.(1)(see below)
