Excelergy Releases Newest Version of Advanced Billing Software; ABP 3000 Version 3.3 Increases Capabilities to Meet Demands of Deregulated Energy Market.

ABP 3000 version 3.3 is a complex billing system capable of handling all back office and foundational CSR (1) (Customer Service Representative) A person who handles a customer's request regarding a bill, account changes or service or merchandise ordered. Agents in call centers are known as CSRs. See call center.  (customer service representative) functions, giving users effective control over customer relationships. It is designed to interface with software systems - both in-house and third party - that support sales and marketing strategies as well as forecasting and settlement requirements.
