 BEACH, Mass. --(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 1, 1995 -- Following Excel's recent launch of their new strategic Developers' Program, Excel Inc. and Vicorp Interactive Systems Inc. announced today the establishment of a strategic marketing alliance, in which Excel's programmable switching platforms, along with Vicorp's BETEX Enhanced Services Platform (BETEX-ESP), will be used to support networked-based enhanced services and large scale interactive customer service solutions.
