Excel and CBOSS Announce New Deployments of Excel-Based Value-Added Solutions Worldwide.


HYANNIS, Mass. & MOSCOW -- International Mobile Carriers Deploy Extensive Suite of Excel-based CBOSS CBOSS Convergent Business Operation Support System (Moscow, Russia)  Value-Added Services A value-added service (VAS) is a telecommunications industry term for non-core services or, in short, all services beyond standard voice calls and fax transmissions.  Including Voice Mail, Customer Care and Missed Call A missed call is when a cell phone user calls another and cuts off deliberately before the called party has a chance to pick up the call.

Missed calls are used to notify another person of the caller's presence or to conveniently obtain a person's cellphone number.
