HYANNIS, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 25, 1996--Excel, Inc. announced today that the company has shipped over 1,000,000 ports, deployed in over 25 countries worldwide, as of May 1996. The systems providing these port capacities address a broad range of telecommunications switching applications, from wireless network infrastructure to enhanced wireless and wireline services.
