ExaGrid Systems Posts Record Sales in Q4 2006.


Company Achieves 5th Consecutive Quarter of Sales Growth

WESTBOROUGH, Mass. -- ExaGrid Systems, Inc. (www.exagrid.com), the leader in cost-effective and scalable disk-based backup solutions, today announced record sales for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2006. Fourth quarter sales for the company were up 36% compared to Q3'06, and up 428% compared to the same quarter in 2005. Full-year sales for 2006 were up 337% over the same period in 2005. ExaGrid's compound quarter-over-quarter average growth rate, Q4'05 to Q4'06, was 51%.

Along with record sales results, the company continued to execute in a variety of important areas, including delivering new product releases and growing its customer base throughout 2006. Key achievements include the following:

* New product releases: ExaGrid v2.1 and v2.3 deliver additional data restore options for disaster recovery, optimized backup of Microsoft[R] SQL SQL
