In this position, he succeeds Dan McKenzie who is taking on the responsibility of Chairman of the Board with particular responsibility for International Sales.

These changes come shortly after the amalgamation between EveryWare Development Corp. and InContext Systems Inc. The merged company, EveryWare Development Inc., has realigned their strategic direction to concentrate on the construction and analysis of dynamic Web sites. This new direction combines products from both EveryWare and InContext to provide Web developers with a "one-stop-shop" to purchasing Web-based applications that enable the creation and analysis of dynamic Web sites.

The completed merger has enabled EveryWare to consolidate operations and product lines as well as reorganize management. Through the consolidation EveryWare has recognized expense reductions of 30 percent on a quarterly basis. The successful implementation of the new business plan will sharply reduce EveryWare's loss in the coming quarter.
