Revenues for the three months ending June 30, 1996 increased by 157% to $1.6 million, compared with $451,422 in 1995. During the first six months of 1996 revenues were $2.6 million compared with $1.03 million for the same time period in 1995, representing an increase of 256%. Net loss for the six months was $517,935. These substantial increases in revenue can be attributed to strong sales of Tango tango Spirited dance; also a South American ballroom dance. It evolved in the dance halls and, perhaps, the brothels of poorer districts of Buenos Aires, Arg., possibly influenced by the Cuban habanera.
