EveryWare Announces the Exercise of 1.15 M Warrants; Sale of InContext Corporation Non Core Products Finalized.

EveryWare recently re-priced the warrants to attract new capital in order to expand the market presence of its two popular product lines; Tango Enterprise, a Web application development environment, and Bolero bolero (bəlâr`ō), national dance of Spain, introduced c.1780 by Sebastian Zerezo, or Cerezo. Sale of InContext Corporation Completed

EveryWare also announced that it has completed the sale of a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.

In other words, the parent company owns the company outright and there are no minority owners.
, InContext Corporation, to an unnamed third party for gross proceeds of $1,252,500 ($752,500 net to EveryWare).

Assets of InContext include the SGML-2, Spider, Web Analyzer and Flash Site product lines. No employees were affected by the sale, and EveryWare retains the ability to market and distribute Web Analyzer, InContext's award winning site integrity analysis tool.

EveryWare will also pay $500,000 to InContext for a distribution and support contract.
