Everest Software Names Ali Jani Chief Technology Officer; Former SVP of Product Development to Drive Product Roadmap for Award-Winning Business Management Software.


DULLES, Va. -- Everest Software, Inc., (formerly iCode, Inc.) a leading provider of business management software for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), announced today that Ali Jani, the company's former senior vice president of product development has been appointed to chief technology officer. In this position, Jani will focus on technology strategy, guide product vision, and drive innovation in all aspects of Everest's industry-leading software solutions and services.

Jani has more than 15 years experience in software engineering and development, having successfully developed, marketed and installed several commercial solutions. Prior to co-founding Everest Software in 1994, Jani was one of the co-founders of Accel Inc., playing an instrumental role in the rapid growth and subsequent sale of the $35 million company.
