Everest Broadband inks sole provider contracts.


Everest Broadband Networks has signed separate contracts with Vornado Realty Trust Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE: VNO) is a New York based real estate investment trust. It is the inheritor of real estate formerly controlled by companies including Two Guys and Alexander's.  and FiberNet Telecom Group that will allow Everest to provide high-speed Internet access, broadband applications and long- distance telephone services to tenants in over 67 office buildings. Among the properties covered under the 62-building Vornado agreement are Chicago's Merchandise Mart and several major New York New York, state, United States

Everest's contract with FiberNet covers those New York City buildings served by FiberNet's Metropolitan Transport Network and FiberNet's In-Building Networks.

From our perspective, the properties covered under the two deals are a near-perfect fit, since we specialize in servicing large buildings with significant numbers of small-to-medium size tenants."
