Once again, BIBR BIBR Bay Islands Beach Resort (Roatan, Honduras)

 will co-sponsor the Authors Pavilion during the annual meeting of the Congressional Black Caucus Congressional Black Caucus, organization of African-American members of the U.S. House of Representatives. Founded in 1970, it addresses legislative concerns of African Americans and other minority citizens, such as employment, welfare reform, minority business  in Washington, DC. Confirmed authors include IIyasah Shabazz, Sheila Sheila is a common given name for a female, taken from the Gaelic name Síle/Sìle, which is believed to be a Gaelic form of Julia or Cecilia. Like "Cecil" or "Cecilia", the name means "Smart and Wise", from the Latin caecus.  Copeland, Dr. Juliane Malveaux, Sharon Mitchell, and more.
