It appears that the Internet and new media companies have found a home in New York City New York City: see New York, city.

. Realizing that Manhattan is the crossroads to world commerce, entrepreneurs of these new economy companies have rented most of the available space south of 23rd Street down to the Battery. Companies like JEMB JEMB Joint Environmental Management Board (US DoD)  Realty Corp. have had the foresight to acquire and convert properties early on. JEMB fully upgraded the New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 Telecom Exchange at 75 Broad St. by becoming downtown's switch and Web-hosting facility for the Telecom Industry. They also added 25 backup generators to support this industry. In addition to their technology upgrade, they restored their beautiful lobby marble walls and floors and installed a new bronze building entrance. NuLife Metal & Marble Systems participated in that restoration project.

Real estate owners and management firms have now begun restoring buildings within the Garment District The Garment District is a store in Cambridge, MA and is well known for its Dollar-A-Pound clothing store. The Garment District started out as an offshoot of Harbor Textiles, a textile company which produced wiping cloths for industry that began in the late 1940s. . The power is already in those buildings to meet the needs of the Dot-Coin and New Media firms. The area is also centrally located and convenient to all transportation. Kaufman Management has recently restored its lobbies and entrances in both the Nelson Tower at 450 Seventh Ave. directly across from Macy's and just around the corner in 212 West 35th St. They also had exterior ornamental architecture restored and highlighted with gold tones, which immediately brought new life to their facade. Again, NuLife Metal & Marble Systems was the preferred restoration contractor who participated in those lobby restoration and building facade projects.

Adjacent to Manhattan, in Jersey City, New Jersey and Long Island City, Queens Long Island City (often abbreviated L.I.C.) is the western-most neighborhood of the borough of Queens in New York City. It is bounded on the north and west by the East River; on the east by Hazen Street, 49th Street , two other customers of NuLife are upgrading buildings with technology wiring, lobby and facade restoration. Trans-Hudson Management Corp.'s owner, Ary Freilich has previously renovated his building's lobby at 26 Journal Square. He is now working with NuLife to restore the beautiful cast iron architecture that lies under years of paint and corrosion from the third floor down to the grade level. This will complete the restoration project that Freilich first undertook last year when he acquired the building.

Brause Realty is a family ownership group that is involved in the renovation and restoration of the lobby and entrance of their headquarters at 52 Vanderbilt Avenue Vanderbilt Avenue is the name of two streets in New York City:
  • Vanderbilt Avenue (Brooklyn)
  • Vanderbilt Avenue (Manhattan)
. NuLife Metal & Marble Systems is working closely with Debbie Bunder on that property.
