Records Management Options offers IMA (Interactive Multimedia Association, Annapolis, MD) An earlier trade association founded in 1988 originally as the Interactive Video Industry Association. It provided an open process for adopting existing technologies and was involved in subjects such as networked services, scripting Resource, a subscription Web-based service that combines an interactive, database-driven RIM system with consulting services Noun 1. consulting service - service provided by a professional advisor (e.g., a lawyer or doctor or CPA etc.)
service - work done by one person or group that benefits another; "budget separately for goods and services" . Subscribers can access customizable, interactive wizards, calculators, surveys, RFPs, worksheets, cost-comparison matrices, cost/benefit analyses, and other tools to help them evaluate their RIM procedures. The IMA Resource team also answers members' RIM questions online and via e-mail.
