European Graphics and Packaging Companies Join SGS; Expanded Capabilities Strengthen Company's Position As Leading "Design2Print" Company In Europe.

CHICAGO -- Continuing to build its market share as the "Design2Print" partner of choice for the world's most powerful brands, SGS International, Inc. today announced that it has completed two European acquisitions: The Box Room Ltd., an artwork and project management services company based in Tamworth, England, and the packaging division of Lukkien Foto & Design B.V., a Netherlands-based media and advertising services company. Both companies will operate under the SGS brand and be led by the company's global management team.

The deals are part of SGS International's overall strategy to make acquisitions that enhance growth and extend capabilities for European and global clients. Additionally, they will give the company access to new customers, and help achieve its goal of providing fully integrated project management services, supported by state-of-the art technology and operations systems. Additions Bring New Services
