Europe Express & First Choice Holidays PLC Partnership.

BOTHELL, Wash. -- Europe Express is pleased to announce that a partnership acquisition was finalized today with First Choice Holidays PLC, a leading international leisure travel company which operates in 16 countries and employs nearly 14,000 people across its brands.

"The partnership with First Choice Holidays PLC provides a platform to open Europe Express to new opportunities for growth over the next years," stated Paul Barry, President of Europe Express. "Europe Express has doubled in size over the past five years and we and First Choice believe that substantial growth will continue."

The Europe Express Group of Companies consists of multi-channel distribution companies including: go-today.com and FlySouthVacations.com for direct to consumer vacation packages, E.E.I. Travel and Brian Moore International Tours (BMIT) with travel agent distribution, and our private label programs of Virgin Vacations, Air France Holidays, and LANVACATIONS. In addition, Travel Services Europe (TSE) is the contracting division for hotels and travel services throughout Europe.

Europe Express, founded in 1990 by Paul Barry, is a leading tour operator to Europe. Alison Atkinson, Director of Contracts & Group Operations for Travel Services Europe stated, "with the growth we have experienced over the past five years, this new partnership will provide us with key opportunities for increasing services throughout Europe."

In addition, Europe Express provides leisure travel to South America, Central America, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. Expansion plans to other destinations such as Mexico and the Caribbean are already underway.
