EuroTelecom Communications Inc. to Become a Full NASD Reporting Company On the OTC Bulletin Board.

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 19, 1999--EuroTelecom Communications Inc. (OTC BB:EUTC) announced today that it is completing all requirements to become a full NASD reporting company. Work has been underway for the preparation of a Form 10-SB for EUTC, which will bring EUTC into compliance with the recently amended NASD OTC Eligibility Rules 6530 and 6540. These rules require an issuer to file periodic reports with the SEC for permission to be quoted on the NASD OTC Bulletin Board. It is anticipated that the Form 10-SB will be filed with the SEC within the next sixty days.
