Euro, Pound Rebound as U.S. Uncertainties Press on the Dollar.


Uncertainties regarding the outcome of the Treasury's rescue plan for the U.S. financial markets have clearly pressed on the greenback greenback, in U.S. history, legal tender notes unsecured by specie (coin).
