Budding entrepreneurs from the North East's ethnic community are being invited to a special business fair.

The event at the Westgate Centre for Sport, Newcastle, from 11am tomorrow, has been organised by the Black and minority Ethnic Community Organisations Network (BECON) and is supported by Business Link Tyne and Wear.

Free transport to the centre is available from pick-up points across the region. Karen Langdon, of Business Link Tyne & Wear, said: "We are keen to strengthen our ties with the ethnic minority communities."
