Estee Lauder John Demsey, global brand president, was promoted to group president. He will continue to oversee the Estee Lauder brand as well as M-A-C Cosmetics, Prescriptives, Sean John and Tom Ford Beauty.

Thia Breen has been promoted to president, Estee Lauder Americas and global business development, a new position. This new role gives Ms. Breen responsibility for the international business, financial control, and oversight of the new launch management function of the flagship Estee Lauder brand, in addition to her current oversight of the Americas business.
