Estates sale.

A 5,787-SF home in west Little Rock's Munsey Estates changed hands in a $636,000 deal.

Brian Winstead acquired the house from Paul and Cheryl Williams. The transaction is backed with a 30-year loan of $322,700 from Bank of America in Charlotte, N.C.

The residence previously was linked with an October 2001 mortgage of $250,000 held by First Home Mortgage Co. of Jonesboro.

The Williams family bought the property for $120,000 in April 1995 from Charles and Martha Fitzgerald. The Fitzgeralds purchased the site for $74,000 in June 1993 from the Lloyd David Munsey St. Revocable Trust.
