Estate Sale.

A 5.5-acre commercial tract in west Little Rock changed hands in a near $1.3 million deal ($5.35 per SF).

McCurter Land Co. LLC, led by James McCurter, acquired the land near the southeast corner of Shackleford West Boulevard and Centerview Drive from the estate of Billy Bridewell.

The deal was backed with a one-year loan of $1.3 million from First Community Bank of Pocahontas.

The land was earlier held in the name of West Little Rock Partnership, led by B. Gene Carter and Billy Bridewell.

The property was part of a $5.6 million purchase the partnership made in March 1986. The sellers Were Wesley and Susan Wise of Brownwood, Texas.

James and Tina Trice bought a 2.17-acre parcel from McCurter Land Co. for $754,000. First Community Bank financed this deal with a one-year loan of $680,000.
