Widely spaced Kennecott drilling at San Carlos in early 90's encountered both low grade and high-grade gold intercepts, but no further drilling has been completed since then. Classic multi-stage epithermal textures suggest further potential for high-grade mineralization in the system. Additional drill holes are strongly warranted, but will need to wait until river levels drop in October or November.
