This event is a tribute to the synergy The enhanced result of two or more people, groups or organizations working together. In other words, one and one equals three! It comes from the Greek "synergia," which means joint work and cooperative action. of dreams and reality the fusing In electrophotography, making the toner adhere permanently to the paper. Heat fusing melts the toner, which is pressed into the paper. Cold fusing presses the toner into the paper without applying any heat. Flash fusing melts the toner with light, and no heat or pressure is used. of ideas and energy. Each year, the accomplishments of the nominees raise the standards, and I believe this year marks an all-time high in the quality of our finalists. They are men and women whose success benefits not only themselves, but their employees, the economy, and thereby the lives of each of us. No single individual achieves success by themselves, and the awards are also a tribute to the partners, peers, co-workers, employees, advisors, investors, friends and family of these great entrepreneurs. Their sacrifices, skills and contributions are reflected in the accomplishments of the finalists.
